Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement
By booking a dumpster rental or junk removal service with Dutch Dumpsters (Dutch Dumpsters LLC), you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
2. Prohibited Materials
The following items are NOT permitted in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, or paint
- Batteries and electronics with lithium batteries
- Tires
- Freon-containing appliances (refrigerators, AC units)
- Medical waste
- Asbestos-containing materials
Customer is responsible for any disposal fees or fines resulting from prohibited materials found in the dumpster.
3. Rental Period & Overage
Standard rental period is 5 days. Extra days are billed at the stated daily rate. Weight limits apply — additional tonnage is billed at the stated per-ton rate. Customer is responsible for not overfilling the container above the top rail.
4. Placement & Access
Customer is responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible location for dumpster delivery and pickup. Dutch Dumpsters is not liable for damage to driveways, grass, or other surfaces caused by normal delivery and pickup operations. Customer must obtain any necessary permits for dumpster placement on public property.
5. Payment
Payment is required at time of booking. Pricing is as quoted at booking. Additional charges (overage, extra days) will be invoiced after pickup.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us at (256) 939-7179 to cancel.
7. Liability
Dutch Dumpsters LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
